RoamBeat prioritizes your privacy and data security while providing an advanced music player experience with personal cloud and Google Drive streaming features.

1. Personal Data Collection & Usage

RoamBeat handles your data transparently. Here is what we access, collect, and why:

Account Information: If you choose to sign in with Google, we access your basic Google Account profile (email address, display name, and profile picture URL) via Google Sign-In to authenticate your session and manage your personal settings.
Google Drive Integration (Sensitive Scope): If you choose to stream music from your Google Drive, RoamBeat requests read-only access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly) solely to query audio file metadata (file ID, file name, file size, and audio MIME type) and stream your audio files directly into the app's media player. We do not modify, delete, upload, store on external servers, or share your Google Drive files with any third parties.
My Cloud Data: Audio files you manually upload to the optional "My Cloud" feature are stored securely on our dedicated servers (roambeat.cloud / appaz.pro) and are strictly isolated and tied to your authenticated user ID.
App Usage & Analytics: We collect basic device information (e.g., Device Model) and session duration via Firebase to monitor app stability, improve performance, and manage our tester groups.
Data Retention & Deletion: You can revoke Google Drive permissions at any time from your Google Account Security settings or by signing out within the app. You can also request the permanent deletion of your account, cloud data, and analytics history at any time by contacting us at webnhanh012@gmail.com.

2. Data Protection & Security Mechanisms

We implement strict technical and organizational security measures to protect your sensitive data and Google user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the RoamBeat mobile application, Google APIs (including Google Sign-In and Google Drive API v3), Firebase, and our servers is strictly encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols.
Direct Client-to-Google Streaming & Zero Server Storage: When accessing your Google Drive audio files via drive.readonly, all file queries and audio streams occur directly between your mobile device and Google's servers. RoamBeat never copies, caches, or stores your Google Drive files or file metadata on our backend servers.
Secure OAuth 2.0 Token Management: Authentication and access to Google Drive are handled exclusively via official Google OAuth 2.0 SDKs. OAuth access tokens are stored securely within the operating system's private, sandboxed application storage on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Encryption at Rest & Access Control: Any user data stored on Firebase Firestore or our "My Cloud" storage is protected by server-side encryption at rest, strict Bearer Token authentication, and role-based access controls.

3. Google API Limited Use & AI/ML Disclosure

RoamBeat's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

Strict Purpose Limitation: Data accessed via Google Workspace / Google Drive APIs is used solely to provide user-facing music streaming functionality within the RoamBeat app.
No Third-Party Transfers or Advertising: We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, nor do we use Google Drive data for serving advertisements, retargeting, or creditworthiness assessment.
No AI/ML Model Training: RoamBeat does not use, transfer, or retain any user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (including Google Drive files and metadata) to train, improve, or develop generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.

4. Device Permissions

To provide a complete music experience, RoamBeat requires the following system permissions:

Storage Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO): Used exclusively to scan, search, and display audio files (MP3, FLAC, WAV, etc.) currently available on your device.
Background Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Necessary for the app to continue playing music and display playback controls on the lock screen when the app is minimized.
Floating Window & Special Use (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE): Required exclusively to display the "Floating Lyrics" bubble over other apps, allowing you to view synced lyrics while multitasking. This service is only activated manually by the user.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to display the music player controls in the operating system's status bar.

5. Third-Party Services

RoamBeat integrates authorized third-party APIs to enhance your experience:

Firebase & Google Play Services: Used for secure authentication (Google Sign-In) and basic app crash/analytics reporting.
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app (for non-VIP users). AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising ID, location, and other demographic information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage your ad preferences in your device settings.
LRCLib & DeepSeek AI: When you request lyrics translation, the app connects to external APIs to fetch original lyrics and translate user-provided lyric text. Your Google Drive data and audio files are never uploaded or shared with these external APIs.

RoamBeat ưu tiên quyền riêng tư và bảo mật dữ liệu của bạn đồng thời cung cấp trải nghiệm âm nhạc nâng cao với không gian đám mây và phát nhạc từ Google Drive.

1. Thu thập & Sử dụng dữ liệu cá nhân

RoamBeat xử lý dữ liệu của bạn một cách minh bạch. Dưới đây là những gì chúng tôi truy cập, thu thập và lý do:

Thông tin tài khoản: Nếu bạn chọn đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi truy cập thông tin hồ sơ cơ bản (địa chỉ email, tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện) thông qua Google Sign-In để xác thực phiên làm việc của bạn.
Tích hợp Google Drive (Quyền nhạy cảm): Nếu bạn chọn phát nhạc từ Google Drive, RoamBeat yêu cầu quyền truy cập chỉ đọc (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly) chỉ nhằm mục đích liệt kê danh sách tệp âm thanh (ID tệp, tên tệp, kích thước, định dạng âm thanh) và phát trực tuyến (stream) tệp nhạc của bạn ngay trong trình phát của ứng dụng. Dữ liệu My Cloud: Các tệp âm thanh bạn chủ động tải lên tính năng "My Cloud" được lưu trữ an toàn trên máy chủ của chúng tôi (roambeat.cloud / appaz.pro) và được gắn kết riêng biệt với UID tài khoản của bạn.

Lưu trữ & Xóa dữ liệu: Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập Google Drive bất kỳ lúc nào trong phần Cài đặt Bảo mật Tài khoản Google hoặc đăng xuất ngay trong ứng dụng. Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản và dữ liệu đám mây bất kỳ lúc nào bằng cách liên hệ qua email webnhanh012@gmail.com.

2. Cơ chế Bảo vệ & Bảo mật Dữ liệu

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật kỹ thuật nghiêm ngặt để bảo vệ dữ liệu nhạy cảm và dữ liệu người dùng Google khỏi việc truy cập, thay đổi, tiết lộ hoặc phá hủy trái phép:

Mã hóa trong quá trình truyền tải (Encryption in Transit): Toàn bộ dữ liệu truyền tải giữa ứng dụng RoamBeat, Google APIs (bao gồm Google Sign-In và Google Drive API v3), Firebase và máy chủ của chúng tôi đều được mã hóa nghiêm ngặt bằng giao thức chuẩn công nghiệp HTTPS / TLS (Transport Layer Security).
Truyền phát trực tiếp & Không lưu trữ qua máy chủ trung gian: Khi truy cập tệp nhạc trên Google Drive thông qua quyền drive.readonly, mọi truy vấn và luồng phát âm thanh diễn ra trực tiếp giữa thiết bị di động của bạn và máy chủ Google. RoamBeat không bao giờ sao chép, lưu bộ nhớ đệm hay lưu trữ tệp Google Drive của bạn trên máy chủ của chúng tôi.
Quản lý mã thông báo OAuth 2.0 an toàn: Quá trình xác thực và cấp quyền Google Drive được xử lý hoàn toàn qua SDK OAuth 2.0 chính thức của Google. Access Token chỉ được lưu giữ cục bộ trong vùng nhớ riêng tư (sandbox) của hệ điều hành trên thiết bị và không bao giờ được gửi về máy chủ của chúng tôi.
Mã hóa dữ liệu lưu trữ & Kiểm soát truy cập: Dữ liệu lưu trên Firebase Firestore hoặc máy chủ "My Cloud" đều được bảo vệ bằng cơ chế mã hóa phía máy chủ, xác thực Bearer Token và kiểm soát quyền truy cập nghiêm ngặt.

3. Tuân thủ Chính sách Sử dụng Hạn chế (Limited Use) & Cam kết AI/ML

Việc sử dụng và truyền tải thông tin nhận được từ Google APIs của RoamBeat tuân thủ tuyệt đối Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Dịch vụ API Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng hạn chế (Limited Use):

Giới hạn mục đích sử dụng: Dữ liệu truy cập qua Google Drive API chỉ được sử dụng duy nhất để cung cấp tính năng phát nhạc trực tiếp cho người dùng trong ứng dụng RoamBeat.
Không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba hoặc quảng cáo: Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê hoặc chuyển giao dữ liệu người dùng Google cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, cũng như không sử dụng dữ liệu Google Drive cho mục đích quảng cáo.

4. Quyền truy cập thiết bị

Quyền đọc bộ nhớ (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO): Chỉ được sử dụng duy nhất để quét, tìm kiếm và hiển thị các tệp âm thanh (MP3, FLAC, WAV, v.v.) đang có sẵn trên thiết bị.
Quyền dịch vụ chạy nền (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Cần thiết để ứng dụng tiếp tục phát nhạc và hiển thị thanh điều khiển khi bạn tắt màn hình hoặc ẩn ứng dụng.
Cửa sổ nổi & Mục đích đặc biệt (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE): Chỉ được sử dụng duy nhất để hiển thị bong bóng "Lời bài hát nổi" trên các ứng dụng khác, giúp bạn xem lời bài hát đồng bộ trong khi làm việc khác. Dịch vụ này chỉ được kích hoạt khi có thao tác bật thủ công từ người dùng.
Quyền hiển thị thông báo (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Được sử dụng để hiển thị trình điều khiển trình phát nhạc trên thanh trạng thái.

5. Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba

RoamBeat tích hợp các API của bên thứ ba được ủy quyền để nâng cao trải nghiệm của bạn:

Firebase & Google Play Services: Được sử dụng để xác thực bảo mật (Google Sign-In) và báo cáo lỗi/thống kê sự cố cơ bản.
Google AdMob: Chúng tôi sử dụng Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo trong ứng dụng (đối với người dùng không phải VIP). AdMob có thể thu thập và sử dụng dữ liệu như ID quảng cáo của thiết bị, vị trí và thông tin nhân khẩu học khác để phân phối quảng cáo được cá nhân hóa hoặc không được cá nhân hóa. Bạn có thể quản lý tùy chọn quảng cáo trong cài đặt thiết bị của mình.
LRCLib & DeepSeek AI: Khi bạn yêu cầu lời bài hát, ứng dụng sẽ kết nối với API bên ngoài để tải lời bài hát gốc và dịch văn bản lời bài hát. Dữ liệu Google Drive và các tệp âm thanh của bạn không bao giờ bị tải lên hoặc chia sẻ với các API này.
